Mississauga City Centre Skyline Visualization

Mississauga, ON, Canada

This ongoing project involves the creation of a geolocated 3D massing model for Mississauga City Centre. Mississauga is currently experiencing a significant development boom, with over 50 skyscrapers proposed or under construction in the downtown core. All existing and future skyscraper developments are were reconstructed as massing models. The ultimate goal is to create a fully modelled city core, including roads and other infrastructre, for the purpose of full architectural visualization.

Prairie Place, Theatre District Residences, & Winnipeg Odeon Theatre

Winnipeg, MB, Canada

This project was an entry for an online design exercise competition (not connected in any way to an actual development proposal or zoning exercise), focused on two underutilized blocks of land in downtown Winnipeg. The concept includes a 38s office tower with 43,036 sqm of office space, 60s and 45s residential towers with a combined 570 residential units, and a revitalized 5s heritage theatre structure, complete with expanded and restored heritage facade.

The podiums for both sites are 12m and are 2-3s tall, consisting of a mixed-use makeup with retail on the first floor. The office tower has two green roof spaces, on floors 3 and 6. The residential podium contains 4,436 sqm of indoor amenity space, with a pool, lounging area, and gardens on the roof of the podium. The theatre structure has been expanded, with a new heritage-inspired facade which adds 1,218 sqm of space to the structure, illuminated signage, a glass rooftop addition providing 891 sqm of amenity space, and a 12m, 3s glass-clad extension providing 1,815 sqm of backstage space, complete with a green roof on top.

 

Robson & Richards Office Tower

Vancouver, BC, Canada

This project was an entry for an online design exercise competition (not connected in any way to an actual development proposal or zoning exercise), focused on an underutilized parking lot in downtown Vancouver.

The tower is purely office, and would be the tallest office tower in Vancouver at 45s and 189m tall. The tower includes amenity floors on the 5th and 15th floors, and a small green roof at the top of the tower. Floors 2-4 have 2,826 sqm floor plates, floors 5-14 have 1,730 sqm floor plates, and the main tower has 748 sqm floor plates, culminating at a total of 25,778 sqm of office space. The exterior of the tower uses a curtainwall cladding system, has LED fixtures that illuminate the exterior of protruding glass boxes, and has a light-up crown. Additional amenities include underground parking, a large open-concept lobby space, and 6 elevators in the core.

Victoria & University Mixed-Use Tower

Windsor, ON, Canada

This project was an entry for an online design exercise competition (not connected in any way to an actual development proposal or zoning exercise), focused on an underutilized parking lot in downtown Windsor.

The tower is mixed-use, with residential, office, and retail space. The tower is 28s tall and houses 176 residential units. The podium contains ground-floor retail and 3 floors of office space, in addition to an amenity level on the 5th floor.
